A Caddo Parish deputy who was shot in the line of duty was honored today. “Scary. Very scary,” said Caddo Parish sheriff's Cpl. Justin Dunn. Those are the only words Dunn used to describe what happened on Feb. 7. He and other law enforcement officers were at the Foxborough Cove Apartment Complex, working with the U.S. Marshals Task Force to look for 19-year-old Javaria Taylor, the suspect in a homicide.
