Fourth man jailed in connection with allegations of cruelty, prostitution
Police detectives have arrested a Bossier Parish Monday afternoon as part of an ongoing investigation into alleged criminal activity at a local fire station.
In late July of 2013, Shreveport Police investigators initiated an inquiry into a complaint received by the department relative to criminal activity alleged to have occurred at a Shreveport Fire Station in the 3400 block of Velva Street. Based upon information gathered during their in-depth investigation, authorities obtained an arrest warrant nearly two weeks ago charging 50 year old Derrick N. Harris, an employee of the Shreveport Fire Department, with one count each of cruelty to the infirm and principal to prostitution. On August 5th and 6th 2013, as part of the continuing probe, authorities procured additional arrest warrants charging 26 year old Clint Richardson, and 37 year old Billy Glass, also Shreveport Fire Department employees, with one count each of cruelty to the infirm and principal to prostitution. Each man was subsequently booked into the Shreveport City Jail.

Shreveport Fire Department employee. Jason Vaughan 34, was arrested on a
warrant charging him with one count each of cruelty to the infirm and
principal to prostitution. The investigation continues at this hour and
