frasierkids

****UPDATE***** Thursday evening, James Fraiser Sr. and Mary Graham were arrested in Bienville Parish on charges of simple kidnapping. Both children have been safely recovered and will be returned to state custody. This was a collaborative effort among Louisiana State Police, U.S. Marshal's Task Force, Bienville Parish Sheriff's Office and Bossier Parish Sheriff's Office.

At the request of the Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office, Louisiana State Police has issued an endangered/missing child advisory for James Kevin Fraiser, Jr. and Gracie Fraiser, who may be traveling in the Benton/Shreveport or Grannis, Arkansas areas accompanied by their non-custodial parents.  The children, who are assigned to foster care, were taken yesterday from a Benton home by James Kevin Fraiser Sr. and Mary Evalyn (McGray) Graham.  They may be driving a white 1998 Chevrolet pick-up bearing LA plates X0479916 or a 4-door beige 1999 Chevrolet Malibu bearing LA plates TAM 384.
