Defendant pleads guilty to theft, malfeasance

Whitehead was a crew chief with Shreveport Public Assembly and Recreation who made eight trips to local scrap yards and a local battery business between April 23 and May 28 where he sold off items belonging to SPAR while he was working at the Huntington Golf Course.
