JFK: Recalling ‘Camelot’s’ darkest day
It was just after 1 p.m. CST on Friday, Nov. 22, 1963, that the sad news was broadcast on television and radio stations across the country confirming that John Fitzgerald Kennedy, the 35th president of the United States, had died from an assassin’s bullet in downtown Dallas, Texas.
