The shooting victim, a 16-year -old male, told police that he was walking with his brother when they were confronted by three male subjects, one of whom attempted to rob them.

When the two brothers ran away, one of the subjects, later identified as Morrison, fired multiple gunshots at them.

One of the rounds struck the 16-year-old in the shoulder, re sulting in what appeared to be a superficial, non-life-threaten -ing wound.

The victim and his brother continued to run to their home two blocks away, where officers later made contact with them.

Bossier City Fire Department personnel transported the victim, who was not identified, to University Health in Shreveport for treatment.
