6/25/75, appeared before Judge Marcotte on charges of (1) possession of schedule I CDS, (2) possession with intent to distribute schedule I CDS, (3) possession with intent to distribute schedule III CDS, (4) possession with intent to distribute schedule IV CDS and (5) illegal carrying of weapon while in possession of CDS.
