Suspect arrested following fatal shooting at mobile home park

Bossier City police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man that occurred Monday night during a verbal altercation at a local mobile home park.

Police were called to the Pepper Point Mobile Home Park in the 6000 block of East Texas Street at about 11:15 p.m. in reference to a shooting.

When officers arrived at the location, they found the victim lying in the street in front of a residence with a gunshot wound to his upper body.

Officers immediately performed CPR on the victim, who was identified as 37-year-old Danny Earl Litton Jr. of Shreveport, until Bossier City Fire Department personnel arrived.
