Fire department cleans up North Market fuel spill

According to Assistant Chief David Dice said, “These guys were having this engine rebuilt at a shop here locally.” Some of the plates had been removed from the engine so that workers could access the machinery’s interior. The drivers of the truck assumed that the engine block had already been drained, but such was not the case.
