Local attorney gets sweetheart deal from Bossier DA following second arrest

Bossier-Webster District Attorney Schuyler Marvin’s Office cut a sweetheart deal with local bankruptcy attorney Glay Collier and his attorney, Marty Stroud, after Collier had been arrested for a second time in 2013 on domestic abuse charges that left his girlfriend-client.
