Deputies searching for woman who stole wallet

The Bossier Sheriff’s Office is still seeking help from the public in identifying a female suspect who stole a wallet from the purse of an employee at a business on Highway 3 in Bossier City last month.

Detectives obtained surveillance video from the store that shows a white female entering the business at about 3 p.m. on April 23. She enters a back room, steals a wallet from a purse and exits the business.

The suspect appears to be a young female, possibly in her 20s or 30s, has glasses and brown hair. She was wearing pink shorts and a shirt with an unknown logo and was carrying a large limegreen bag. Outside surveillance shows the suspect driving a silver SUV, possibly a Dodge Durango.

Anyone with any information regarding this woman’s identity is asked to call Bossier Crime Stoppers at 424-4100 or visit their Web site at www.bossiercrime stoppers.org. Persons who contact Crime Stoppers are reminded that they can remain totally anonymous.
