Police identify double-homicide victims


Bossier City police have identified the two victims in last weekend’s double homicide at a residence in the 3000 block of Bragg Street.

The victims are 24-year-old Jacqueline Darlene Beadle and 26 -year-old Karyl Ann Cox.

Police were called to their residence at approximately 8:15 p.m.

Sunday after Jacqueline Beadle’s mother went to the home and found the two victims inside.

The mother had gone there to check on Jacqueline after not hearing from her since Friday, when Jacqueline took her child to her mother’s home for baby sitting. Both victims had been shot.

Detectives are continuing their investigation and are attempting to identify the suspect or suspects responsible for this crime.

Public information officer Mark Natale said, “We still have our detectives working on the case. They’re still talking to a number of individuals who have known these two victims, (and) we are still pro cessing the crime scene.”
