Poultry cooking contest seeks BBQ cooks

All chicken must be cooked completely and on site; pre-marinating is allowed, but precooked meat is not permitted. Chicken can be cooked with a charcoal, wood or gas grill, but cooks must provide their own pits. A half-chicken must be fully jointed to include the wing, breast, leg and thigh.
