Art scattered around town for enjoyment

The Shreveport Common area near the corner of Crockett and Texas streets has an assortment of pieces that can be used by the public as well as admired, from the seesaw-shaped ramps that can be used by skateboarders to a black doorway called “Portal” by its creator, artist Alan Dyson.
