2/28/86, of 2675 E. Texas St., Bossier City, La., was arrested by Bossier Sheriff Deputy Wynn for distribution / manufacture with intent of schedule II CDS and possession of marijujana-2nd. The suspect was found in possession of marijuana with a meth lab in plain view.
