3/14/88, of 508 Yarborough Street, Bossier City, La., was arrested by Shreveport Police Officer Morris for operating a vehicle without lawful presence in the US, instate fugitive warrant and DWI firstoffense. During a traffic stop the suspect was found to have no legal identification and an odor of alcoholic beverage on his person.
