Man arrested following car pursuit by Caddo Sheriff’s Deputies

Terence Tyron Carthren had eluded sheriff’s deputies for the past three months after failing to show up for court on 11 counts of felony theft. But at 5:30 this morning, he was spotted in a vehicle outside his residence by Sheriff’s Sgt. Mike Middleton of the CPSO Warrants Division.
