Baton Rouge, LA: Louisiana Office of Alcohol & Tobacco Control (ATC) Commissioner Troy Hebert announced that a joint law enforcement operation recently conducted by ATC and the St. John Sheriff’s office resulted in the arrest of a local bar owner for selling and serving alcoholic beverages without a valid state permit.
