In 106 cities in 37 states, 260 pimps were arrested. Drugs, vehicles, cash and property were also seized by agents participating in the FBI’s Operation Cross Country VIII. In Louisiana, 16 pimps and 75 prostitutes were arrested. In Shreveport, 10 pimps and 23 prostitutes were arrested.
