Back on September 9, 2015, Shreveport Police officers responded to Interstate 20 at Monkhouse Drive exit ramp to a white male found deceased inside a vehicle. Upon arrival, information was provided indicating 31 year old Mark Cornett had been shot inside the vehicle which was left on the side of the road.
Upon arrival, officers observed a male victim bleeding from his arm and lower torso. Authorities learned the victim was in a vehicle in the Cooper Road Plaza Apartments’ parking lot, 2929 Peach Street, when he was allegedly shot by two unknown suspects.
