The Bossier City Police Department and Bossier Crime Stoppers announced last Thursday that 35-year old Gilmore M. Nectoux III had been charged with first degree vehicular negligent injury and DWI in connection with a headon crash that occurred on February 8, 2013 in the 3200 block of Barksdale Boulevard.
