Bossier Sheriff’s Office detectives have arrested three persons for their involvement in a burglary at a residence near Cypress Black Bayou last week. Detectives are continuing their investigation in this case that involved a house that they say was specifically targeted in the burglary; they say more arrests are pending.

The incident occurred in March of this year. Bossier City police were contacted last month by the victim’s family members after he received correspondence in the mail from the loan company regarding past-due payments.

The incident occurred at the Circle K store in the 4000 block of Barksdale Boulevard. Catlin was observed by an offduty Bossier City police officer taking items without paying for them. The officer had just entered the store with another Bossier City officer who was in uniform.
