Officer Flentge on a 4/3/73, of 6219 E. Texas St. #173, Bossier City, was arrested by SPD charge of DWI fourth offense and refusing chemical test. The suspect was allegedly going the wrong way on a one-way street. When the suspect was stopped, he had a strong smell of alcohol, his speech was slurred, and he had bloodshot eyes.
7/1/81, of 10896 Barron Ridge Lane, Keithville, La., was arrested by Caddo Sheriff’s Deputy Douglas on a charge of possession of marijuana and on an outstanding warrant for domestic abuse battery. The suspect was allegedly impaired and admitted post-Miranda to smoking synthetic marijuana.
10/16/87, of 10469 Old Mansfield Road, Apt. 3, Keithville, La., was arrested by Caddo Sheriff’s Deputy Perrault on a charge of carnal knowledge of a juvenile and failure to register and notify as a sex offender. An investigation found that the suspect and a juvenile had allegedly been in a sexual relationship since June 2012.
7/30/94, of 4305 Illinois St. #98, Shreveport, was arrested by SPD Officer L. Bates on a charge of unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling, simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling, possession of marijuana and on an active Caddo SO warrant for contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile.
4/5/92, of 2977 Hattie St., Shreveport, was arrested by SPD Officer Harvey on a charge of possession of marijuana and safety defendant were allegedly found Task Force Officer belt use. During a traffic stop for no seat belt, the suspect and co- to be in possession of marijuana.
