The tournament will raise funds to offset the ongoing cost involved in rebuilding the shattered lives of families and coworkers who have suffered from line-of-duty deaths in law enforcement. Any officer in any phase of law enforcement, active or retired, can extend an invitation to anyone he or she feels would like to support and fish the tournament.
Auxiliary deputies supplement full-time Caddo sheriff’s deputies by volunteering their services to the sheriff’s office in a non-enforcement capacity. Graduates are required to complete 72 hours of classroom instruction and 40 hours on patrol with a full time deputy.
