Congressman Buddy Roemer will pay tribute to local veterans during the annual veterans’ event at 6 p.m. in the Broadmoor Baptist Church’s Memorial Chapel. The event also includes an assortment of Christian and patriotic music by Broadmoor’s singer extraordinaire Tim Magill and by the church’s Good news Gospel Quartet.

The cost is $8 for adults and $5 for children.
