1/8/93, was arrested by Officer Ellis for domestic abuse battery. The suspect was involved in a physical altercation with his girlfriend in the 1000 block of Dale Street in Benton. The victim stated the suspect put a pillow over her face and pinned her down to a recliner chair.

4/25/96 was arrested by Cpl. Anderson for no taillight, minor in possession of alcohol, and possession of crack Cocaine. Cpl. Anderson initiated a traffic stop on LA. Hwy. 3 at 6th Street, made contact with the driver of the vehicle, a juvenile passenger and observed a 12 pack of beer on the back seat.

1/17/61, was arrested by Sgt. Collier for hit and run, DUS and no insurance. The suspect was involved in an accident and left the scene. Video from a nearby business showed a description of the suspect’s truck. Sgt. Collier went to the suspect’s resident and found him hiding in a closet.

1/25/93, was arrested by Cpl. T. Anderson for possession with intent to distribute meth and possession of drug paraphernalia. The suspect who was a passenger was acting nervous and the driver of the vehicle admitted that there was meth in the vehicle. The officer recovered several small baggies of meth along with a glass pipe used for smoking meth.

Officer J. Rowland was dispatched to Sonic in reference to a man exposing himself to one of the car-hops. The car-hop stated a man in a silver truck asked for some ketchup and when she returned to his truck he had his private parts exposed. A report was made and an investigation initiated.
