10/26/87, of 1944 Linear St., Shreveport, La., was arrested by Bossier City Police Officer Messina for possession of CDS with intent, possession of schedule I CDS, illegal carrying weapon while in possession of CDS, possession of firearm by convicted felon and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Just before 12:30 p.m. on Sunday, Shreveport police patrol officers were dispatched to a home located in the 2400 block of Parham Drive relative to a deceased person. As officers arrived at the residence, contact was made with family members of 81 -year-old William Hines, who was located deceased inside his residence.
