Since the investigation began, detectives have worked tirelessly in search of persons who were allegedly involved in the shooting. Two men have been identified as suspects with varying degrees of involvement in slaying, and are now being sought by police.
One victim, a 16-year-old juvenile, suffered a gunshot wound to the face, while a 17-yearold male sustained a gunshot wound to the upper body. Both victims were transported via ambulance to University Health hospital for treatment of their injuries, which were considered potentially life-threatening.
Since the launch of the investigation, detectives with the Shreveport Police Department’s Violent Crimes Unit have been working tirelessly to piece together information in reference to the slaying and to locate persons who might be able to provide some degree of insight as to what occurred leading up to Foshee’s death.
Patrol officers working the incident received information which led them to quickly locate the original crime scene at a residence located in the 700 block of Browning Street. Shreveport police homicide investigators were summoned to the scene and on their arrival launched a subsequent investigation.

Just after 9:30 a.m. officers with the United States Marshal’s Violent Offender’s Task Force, Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and Bossier City Police Department went to the home of 60-yearold Richard Keith Featherston in the 200 block Adair Street to execute a search warrant and an arrest warrant charging him with first-degree rape.
