Detectives with the Bossier City Police Department’s Property Crimes Unit arrested Chazare Rirahus Robinson, 25, of Shreveport in connection with more than a dozen vehicle burglaries at the Alexis Park Apartments in the 2200 block of Loreco Street and.
Upon arrival, officers observed a male victim bleeding from his arm and lower torso. Authorities learned the victim was in a vehicle in the Cooper Road Plaza Apartments’ parking lot, 2929 Peach Street, when he was allegedly shot by two unknown suspects.
