In Tulsa, OK, four women were found shot to death at the Fairmont Terrace apartment complex on January 7, 2013. The murdered women included two 23-year-old sisters, Rebeika Powell, and Kayetie Melchor, who were each shot twice. The other victims were Misty Nunley, 33, and Julie Jackson, 55, who were each shot one time.
