Loss Prevention and the District Manger confirmed to officials that in an interview with Susan Landis she admitted to taking merchandise over a three month period totaling over $1,700. Landis also admitted to trading items to a pizza delivery from a female by the name of “DD” for merchandise in the store.
Carter who has been behind bars in Bossier since his arrest three years ago, appeared before Judge Michael Craig and along with his attorney Peter Flowers, entered a no contest plea to one count indecent behavior with a juvenile. Carter was sentenced to served five years at hard labor, with credit for time served.
Griffin was arrested after a Bossier City police officer who was working off -duty security at the hotel responded to a complaint of a disturbance coming from the vicinity of Griffin’s room. Police found Griffin and the victim inside the room and upon further investigation, arrested him for having sexual contact with the victim.
