Police capture three wanted suspects, seek four others

On Dec. 20, the Shreveport Police Department received a tip through Crime Stoppers advising that a wanted fugitive, 64-year-old Larry Foster, was at a residence on Palm Road in west Shreveport. Foster was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Shreveport City Jail on one count of aggravated battery.

There are now 625 rural counties in the country without a community bank. There are 37 counties without a single bank, and 115 counties served by just one bank.

What they will not do, because they can't, is remember: Remember a time before the 9/11 attacks, or the changes in American society that took place in the aftermath of those attacks. They won't be equipped to yearn for better days that they've only heard about at second-hand from their parents and grandparents.
