Trial under way after six years on suspect solicited teen

In a case that has lasted six years, William T. Allen IV, 42, of the 8700 block of E. Wilderness Way in Shreveport, has pled not guilty to one count of computer-aided solicitation of a minor during an Online Crimes Against Children Task Force investigation in 2012.

Down in the Bayou State, there’s a clamor for more executions. Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry makes no bones about his feelings. More executions - including nitrogen gas, hangings, firing squads, electrocution and lethal injection. But a federal judge has put all executions in Louisiana on hold for another year.

When the waters flood into the park, electrical damage is incurred. Additionally, there is damage to the irrigation system and the water spray ground area along Clyde Fant Parkway. The receding waters leave plenty of sand, mud and debris that also must be addressed.
