Benton Police

Lt. T. Anderson initiated a traffic stop on LA. Hwy. 3, and issued a citation for loud music and a citation for driving under suspension. The driver of the vehicle was acting in a strange manner, Officer A. Coleman and Lt. T. Anderson was given consent to search the vehicle.
