Police seek male wanted for aggravated kidnapping
Shreveport Police detectives are searching for a male believed responsible for the aggravated kidnapping of a male and a female over the weekend.
On February 24, 2019, Shreveport Police responded to the 3000 block of Hillcrest Avenue relative to shots fired call. Upon arrival, officers made contact with two victims, who advised they were giving an unknown male a ride when he pulled out a gun and forced them to drive to the above address. Once at the residence, Suspect was joined by another black male and both gave multiple demands in attempts to force the victims into the residence at gunpoint. Based on information and evidence gathered during their investigation, detectives procured a warrant charging 23-year-old Quanterious Johnson, of the 2000 block of Hawkin Street, with two counts of Aggravated Kidnapping. The other male suspect was identified as 38-year-old Chico Bell. Bell has been located and booked into Shreveport City Jail.
