Police seek whereabouts of test driver who took car

Shreveport police investigators are seeking information on the whereabouts of a suspect who took a vehicle from a local dealership and never returned it.

On June 24, Mark Burnett took a black 2013 Kia Optima from Orr Imports on Quimper Lane and never returned the vehicle. He is a 37-year-old white male, 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing 250 pounds. Police have issued a warrant for his arrest for theft of a motor vehicle, an offense which he has already been convicted for in the past.

Anyone having information as to the location of Burkett, is encouraged to contact Crime Stoppers at 673 -7373 or visit their Web site at www.lockemup. org.

A $300 reward is being offered.
