Bossier City firefighters to host haunted hayride

Bossier City Firefighters Local 1051 will host a haunted hayride this month at the Bossier City Public Safety Training Complex, located at 5850 Shed Road in Bossier City.

The hayride will run Oct. 11, 12, 18, 19, 25, 26 and 29. The first ride will start each evening at approximately 7:30 p.m. with the last running no later than 11 p.m.

The cost is $8 for adults and $5 for children. Proceeds from the hayride will go to support the Local 1051 general fund, which covers such expenses as the organization’s scholarship fund, sponsorships for local youth sports teams and the benevolent fund, which helps financially support firefighters and their families in times of need.
