Operation T-BONE to focus on District B Wednesday

Operation T-BONE to focus on District B on Wednesday

The City is taking yet another swipe at blight with the sixth in a series of sweeps conducted by the Department of Property Standards set to begin at 8 a.m. tomorrow, February 6, in Council District B.

The T-BONE team will meet in the parking lot of the Highland Center, 520 Olive St. There will be two trash bins located in the Highland Parking lot for residents to place tires, trash and debris.  The public is invited and encouraged to take advantage of the large bins to dispose of waste that might otherwise be difficult to discard.

If citizens are unable to bring tires to the site, they may call 673-6204 and give the location of the tires to arrange a later pick up. The trash bins are for residential use only.

The sweep will encompass the I-49 to CE Galloway Boulevard and Kings Highway to Spring Street.
