Several well-known cake artists will bring their talent to the Icing on the Cake stage, including Food Network Cake Champion Bronwen Weber.

In addition to the demonstrations offered on Saturday, July 12, a number of classes and demonstrations will be offered July 11-14 for cake artists of all ages and experience levels. The governor is hollering that the financial sky is falling and the state is in dire fiscal straights. Legislators protest that their hands are tied by too many constitutional dedications.
