Suspect in Minden ATM theft pleads guilty

Frederick Charles Davis, 46, of Shreveport, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge S. Maurice Hicks Jr. to one count of bank theft. According to evidence presented at the guilty plea, Davis broke open an automated teller machine (ATM) on July 13, 2012, located at the end of a drive-through lane at a Richland State Bank in Minden, La.
