Witnesses allegedly saw the suspect taking tools from the tool box in a truck. Witnesses also saw the suspect stash the tools at a building across from the Holiday Inn. As the suspect was returning across the street, he was hit by a bus. The tools were recovered and returned to the owner.

The victim came over to the suspect’s residence and allegedly got into a verbal altercation with another person. The suspect stood between the victim and the other person, who had a knife.

The agent came in contact with the suspect in reference to a narcotics complaint. The suspect was patted down for officer safety and was allegedly found to be in possession of a prescription drug. The suspect admitted to having more pills in his possession and not having a prescription for them.

The suspect was then seen sitting in the driver’s seat and was asked out of the vehicle. When asked where the marijuana was, the suspect said it was under the seat to prevent detection. Also located in the vehicle were crack cocaine, MDMA and a glass pipe.

The suspect was stopped on a traffic stop for running a red light. When stopped, the suspect was allegedly seen tossing a black object out of the vehicle. During an investigation, the officer discovered that it was a firearm. The suspect was found to be a convicted felon.

The suspect was allegedly evading officers to avoid treatment. The suspect swung and struck an officer three times with a closed fist while being taken into custody. The suspect would not comply with verbal commands to release his hands and stop resisting.

A concerned citizen called stating that the suspect and the co-defendant were burglarizing a home. Upon arrival, the suspect and the co-defendant were at the home. The victim claimed that the suspect should not be at the home. The suspect also gave the officer false personal information.
