Frederick Jamanthy Chambers, B? M, DOB: 2/9/91, of 1111 W. 70th Street, Shreveport, La., was arrested by Officer N. Reese on a charge of theft and resisting an officer. The officer responded to a theft call, where it was found the suspect left the store with $341 worth of items.

The officer was dispatched to the 600 block of Boardwalk Blvd in reference to a disturbance call. The officer made contact with the complainant who advised the suspect refused to leave the property. The suspect had a strong odor of alcohol about his person.

The officer made contact with the suspect in the 6200 block of E. Texas after an altercation at this location. The suspect was discovered to have active warrants through Bossier parish and Shreveport while being in possession of suspected narcotics..

The suspect was driving when his front tire came off. Upon contact with officers, he was broke down in the intersection. The suspect was found to be impaired. Post-miranda, he admitted to drinking six to 12 beers. He refused all test and was driving under suspension.

The officer came into contact with the suspect during an investigation where the bank made police report stating the suspect tried to place herself on the account of the 96-year-old victim. The suspect had previously added herself to victim’s credit card and made charges, along with several loans in the victim’s name.
