The officer allegedly saw two clear baggies containing a green, leafy substance consistent with marijuana. The officer finally got the suspect to wake up. The suspect then moved his foot, and the vehicle began moving uncontrolled by the driver. Commands to stop the vehicle were given.

I just read another park downtown! Ollie Tyler, what do you not understand or get? People of Shreveport want safety for their families. They want their children to go outside and not be shot. They want street drainage. They just want safety in their town, police officers hired.

Well, not all the streets. Caddo Sheriff Steve Prator said sheriff’s deputy patrols will be in the areas of the city that are contiguous to the city limits. In essence, sheriff’s deputies will move into neighborhoods that are adjacent to the city limits.
