The suspect began to curse, asking for his f——ing keys. He began to hit a sign at the corner of Spring and Travis streets, causing attention. Upon contact, a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was detected. His speech was slurred as he stumbled while walking.

Craig Grisham, W/M, was issued a summons by Officer Colton Fisk for was dispatched to SuperValue in reference to a hit and run. Upon arrival, the officer observed video footage of suspect backing into a vehicle and leaving. Grisham was found and issued a summons.
