Texas fugitive arrested in Shreveport

A man wanted for the assault and murder of an 11-year-old girl in Pasadena, Texas, was arrested by Shreveport police Saturday morning.

Juan Carlos Garcia-Rodriguez, 18, was charged with capital murder.
