Patrons must remain in their vehicle at all times

Shreveport Mayor Adrian Perkins has declared a State of Public Health Emergency for the City of Shreveport and ordered that that restaurants limit their operations to curb-side or drive-thru pickup, with patrons to remain in their vehicles at all times.
The order is to remain in effect until May 2nd.
