Tickets for SLT’s Family Planning are now on sale.

Tickets are now on sale for FAMILY PLANNING, the second Lagniappe production in Shreveport Little Theatre’s 98^th season.

The show is directed by Robert Alford II . The cast includes Kelly R. Vaden, Michael Blake Powell, James Palmer, Allison Miller, and Marianne Archibald.

In addition to Alford, the creative team includes stage manager Elizabeth Wong, set designer Derek Shiplov, lighting designer Julie Edwards, costumer Peggy San Pedro, and production associate Kari Kennon.

Performances are scheduled for January 24 and 25 at 7:30 p.m., and January 26 at 2 p.m. at Shreveport Little Theatre located at 812 Margaret Place.

In this high impact drama by Julia Edwards, a couples plans for reproduction one night go awry when unexpected visitors arrive and lead the couple to have the worst fight of their marriage among a houseful of guests. The play explores our culture’s response to infertility and fertility treatments, the trend of starting families later in life, marriage and miscarriage.

The play contains very strong language and mature themes.
